Since 1983, AJ Associates has been actively manufacturing parts and assemblies for the aerospace and defense industries. This includes an extensive background in the production of both flight and critical safety parts. Our quality control and production personnel maintain a commitment to quality that our customers rely on. Our experience and knowledge is evident in every phase of the manufacturing process and in every product we manufacture.

 
     We are a family owned and operated business. Andrew Zdzierak Sr., current C.O.O. and founder of AJ Associates, began work in the basement of his Connecticut home more than 30 years ago. In 1991 the company moved to Florida. We have continually outgrown every facility we have been in. In April 2017 we closed on our new facility comprised of approximately 58,000 square feet of manufacturing and office space. This acquisition paves the way for continued growth by allowing us to add new production equipment and expanded capabilities.

     AJ Associates continues to build upon established relationships with both customers and suppliers, continues to expand manufacturing and processing capabilities, and, most importantly, continues to meet our customers’ diverse needs.
